Self care oils and teas will be given a well as light, nutritious appetizers. This is a time to step away from the outer world and fuel inwards before the holiday hustle begins.

Join us this November for a 'Rest in Sound' Autumn Sound Bath, Kundalini Meditation and Ceremonial Cacao. Before we begin the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, this is an opportunity to slow down, be still, and reflect. Sound has a powerful way of opening the body's natural healing pathways. The sound frequencies experienced in sound healing slow down brainwaves to a restorative state, activating the body's self-healing system. Sound healing has been used to treat anything from stress and anxiety to physical pain. It can improve mental focus and clarity of thought.
We will enjoy ceremonial cacao and Kundalini meditation to open our heart space, encouraging a place of peace and wholeness, and preparing to receive a deep sound experience. We will then gently move into a sacred sound bath journey to activate the body and energy field, creating momentum for healing. This is an evening to nourish your soul, feel at ease, and flow into the rhythms of nature and your own healing capacity.
This Workshop is open to all levels of experience and will take place mainly on the floor. Feel free to bring your own props, pillows, and blankets to enjoy the Sound Bath although they are not required.
Cindy Mazza is a certified 200 and 300 hour Kundalini Yoga teacher with completed teacher trainings in Branford, Connecticut with the master teacher Ravi Singh. She has been studying sound for many years and completed her Sound Healer Facilitator Training in 2023 with School of Naad Sound Temple in San Marco, Guatemala.
